I was supposed to like bathe immediately after unpacking/coming home after adventure camp. I was so wrong. The computer is so distracting and so THERE. The presence is irresistable. Sheesh.

RECAP

DAY ONE.

went to school and even before reaching the campsite,

taurus got points deducted. (i know you got it back (: thank god for that)

reached the campsite and stoned our butts off (literally).

ground stations was 0631A's first activity.

nitro crossing, pole and tyre, spider web and trolleys?

i tell you, that _____ i/c of spider web is a biased piece of human tissue incapable of being less oily.

Ugh.

Our class cheers were somewhat pathetic as well.
Ah heck, who cares a donkey's ass.
Horrible mealtimes.
Fieldcooking, shocked me and opened my eyes wide to food capacity maximums.

Yeo's curry. YUM.

I was still feeling alright till here and then it was kayaking!

I really pity/admire Joanne, who bravely volunteered to go with me. :x

Okayyy, I didn't know how to paddle effectively and had no idea how to steer and all that.
She single-handly steered the whole kayak 360degrees up and down.
THANKS DEAR! (:
Had this raft-building thing as well.
SO SO SO SO tiring.
Yeow the man was leading most of it. Effort shown was tremedous.

Discovered new talents, like how well Magdelene could tie ropes so secure.

It could withstand the weight of 6 people on 3 drums.
The most unfloatble looking device floated!
We could even paddle.
MIRACLE. (:

Shower. Dinner.
Scoldings etc etc... Shall not go into details.

I think I was pretty irritated by then.
Pardon the tired/sian/pissed-off face.
Was severly tired when we found out that there was going to be some kind of leadership talk on Ernest Shackleton.
Some Antartica adventure thingy and how they managed to live in some ship for 350+ days.
Erm, right.
Like it totally ties in with the camp.
People were dozing off their seats.
It was THAT bad.

Oh well, played a single round of bingo and it sort of ended.

The night ended with us being so tired we couldn't be bothered with night cap and headed for bed straight away.
The bunks are pretty cool, like nice structures, abeit the hard floors.

We were all so tired we sort of died, for like 6 hours.
Got people making noise. Clomping down stairs, yelling at 3.14 am.
People just don't get it.
And then it was......

DAY TWO

PHYSICAL TRAINING. 205 jumping jacks and dontknowhowmany push-ups and squats.

It was like killer-tough but in those conditions,
it was really quite unbearable.
It was the day.
For high elements and the tower activities.

Very very first on the list was rock-climbing.
It was really strenous for the hands man.
Wanted to give up, glad I didn't(:
Was really gratifying when I reached the top
Wished I could be alil more agile, more like a monkey (?!)

I shook the most and tested my guts to the max on the Challenge Pole perhaps.
It was totally bad.
I was vibrating like I had 742385293 pagers in my track pants
(which is unbelivable stuffy by the way).

Zipline was cool, and Abseiling was honestly not as easy as it looks.

Mr Koh was helping by fumbling with my caribiner (spelling?)
and laughing nervously

OOOOO. Gladys, I'm so proud of you. HEHE. Zipline wasn't that bad laaaa

High elements was when I had enough of heights. :x

Guys weren't volunteering much.

Poor Bernice had to do most of the things.

WAY TO GO! You're so brave la! ((:

This was the day lunchtime felt liike dinnertime and 1pm felt like 6 pm or something.
Everyone was obviously drained.
Had to discuss our campfire night item with 11D and mangaged to work something out.

Since Sri could sing in CHINESE and drum as well,

they actually performed! WOOHOO!

so proud of them.
anyways, time warp.

we actually HAD TIME TO NAP.
can you belive that?

slept for awhile until some idiots started cheering and shouting under our bunk!

Irritants.BLAH

Campfire night passed pretty quickly.

Sttanding up and down was irritating.

That girl was funny.

Think Joanne almost died laughing.

Bedtime was FUN.

Laughing and giggling and a snore :x

DAY THREE

Physical again. It's quite crazy.

BUT IT'S THE LAST DAY :D

Made to clean the corridors,

which was fine by large.

AND it was homesweethome! (:

well, sort of.

went to chill at macs at causeway.

it was fun (:

I felt that camp definitely bonded us.
I'm starting to like 0631A more and more! (:

hung out with some people today. (:

had fun being extras. :x

people were contantly leaving.

oh well, (:
left to support my sister in her first-ever performance

way to go sissy! (:
