Hambuger Steak in Brown Sauce
Wonderfully marinated beef patty which on first bite is overtly savoury and swarming with flavour. Yet, on the consequent mouthfuls, it was just juicy and succulent and the egg was delightful; a perfect companion with the brown sauce. Read somewhere the meat has been prepared for 28 days!
Perhaps that explains the flavours so infused into the meat the usual taste of beef (minced beef especially) is masked. The pototoes were uniquely done up. Slightly salted, with a hint of crisp on the outside. Hardly any fault for this dish, perhaps too good to be true. I'm saliavating.
Beef Straganov with Buttered Rice
As can be seen, there seems to be no rice. It's under the delicious layer of seemingly scrambled eggs with just the right amount of milk and... vicousity. It was of the right texture, smooth and ready to slide down your throat. The beef was slightly tough but still gorgeously flavoured. Total match of flavours. Very in harmony this dish!
Salmon in Cream Sauce
The dish may sound boring but it's really the cream sauce that brings this dish out. The salmon was fresh and chunky and the cream sauce was different. Wee! Refreshing.
Spaghetti in Seafood Cream Sauce
I would say this to be the ultimate dark horse. The taste of the sea without any unfreshness and in all due respect the best pasta with seafood. It was a suprise when you first taste it. The texture and the slippery goodness of the sauce dotted with roe. Really really yum.
Bugis and The Central has outlets! Go try!

The sweet red bean paste was awesome and I kinda like the bitter green tea thing. Quite a cool combi!
We were so excited we digged in before taking a photo. Explains the spoon, Mine. LOL anyway, some black honey thing too with jelly salty inflated red beans.
Looked the best but the inside was just plain ice, bit cheated but the outside, the syrupy parts were good (:
